What is the dual pricing program?

The price listed on your menu or website for your product or service is the price that includes a flat processing rate; however, when somebody decides to pay with cash instead of card, they then receive a small discount that would be equal to the processing rate. Example: if your rate is 3% and a cup of coffee is listed as five dollars and your customer decides to pay with cash, the amount equal to the processing rate ($0.15) would then automatically be subtracted from their total, bringing it to $4.85.

What are the processing rates?

The processing rate is dependent upon several variables that would be discussed in your free consultation. Some of the variables include which processing model you would like to utilize, equipment required for your business needs, different software integrations required, etc.

Can I still use my bookkeeping software?

Accepted Answer

We can integrate with several bookkeeping softwares. It will depend on which one that you currently utilize. If we are not able to integrate with the software that you currently utilize, we will have recommendations on which bookkeeping software to take advantage of in the future.

What happens if there are issues after we have gotten set up with the new payment processing solutions?

We will not leave you high and dry after we get you set up with the new payment processing solution. If you experience any issues, we will be available to assist and give you personal attention in all matters to ensure a smooth transition and execution.
